McDonald’s Malaysia launches its limited-time Fans Fries Meal during a “Fries From The Skies” promotional activation at its Bukit Bintang restaurant in Kuala Lumpur on July 9, 2026.

The one-night activation featured digital screens and hundreds of falling French fries-themed plushies. Gathered fans caught the plushies to redeem a complimentary meal.

The Fans Fries Meal includes an XXL serving of French fries, an XXL Sos Cili Mekdi, and a small Coke. The item is available at all nationwide restaurants from July 10 to July 12, 2026.

The meal costs RM10 and is available while stocks last. 

Previous marketing activations included the 2022 Fries Crosswalk with Kuala Lumpur City Hall. In 2023, the company projected a French fry image onto the Kuala Lumpur Tower.
