Sony announces the RX10 V camera in Malaysia featuring a 24-600mm ZEISS zoom lens, AI-powered autofocus, and 4K 120p video recording capabilities.

The fifth-generation camera incorporates a 20.1-megapixel 1.0-type stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor and a BIONZ XR processing engine. It achieves blackout-free continuous shooting up to 30 frames per second with full AF/AE tracking.

Its AI processing unit provides Real-time Recognition AF for humans, animals, birds, insects, and vehicles. Video features include S-Cinetone, S-Log3 support, user LUT imports, Active Mode image stabilisation, and Auto Framing.

Hardware updates include a Quad-VGA OLED electronic viewfinder, a 3.0-type LCD monitor, and an NP-FZ100 battery offering up to 630 shots. The model is available for pre-order in Malaysia at RM8,999.
