IHG Hotels & Resorts opens the 194-room Kimpton Quinta da Marinha resort in Cascais, Portugal, marking the Kimpton brand’s second property location within the country on August 5, 2026.

According to IHG, the coastal property is located between the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. It features 180 guest rooms, eight suites, and six signature suites.

It said that on-site amenities include the Natur Spa with seven treatment rooms, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and tennis courts.

According to IHG, the resort contains multiple dining venues, including the Ao Ponto grill restaurant, the FICA! lounge, and an outdoor pool bar. Additional guest services include pet-friendly accommodations, daily complimentary social hours, and local artisan craft sessions.
