IHG Hotels & Resorts signs Kimpton Phang-Nga Natai Beach in Thailand with Natai Venture on August 5, 2026, expanding its local luxury lifestyle portfolio before a 2028 opening.

The 150-key beachfront property featured guestrooms, suites, and villas on Natai Beach near Phuket International Airport. Planned amenities included restaurants, bars, a spa, swimming pools, a fitness centre, a kids’ club, and event spaces.

The agreement marked IHG’s second signing in Phang Nga Province following InterContinental Phang Nga Bay Resort. The addition expanded the global Kimpton brand portfolio to more than 150 open and pipeline properties.
