IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Morina Development & Investment Co. LLC to launch Cantonal Hotel Riyadh Noted Collection on Aug 11, 2026.

The signing marks the debut of IHG’s 21st brand, Noted Collection, in the East Asia region. Expected to open by the end of 2026 following a conversion, the 107-key hotel is located in Riyadh’s Al Olaya commercial district.

The property will feature guestrooms, a main restaurant, café, rooftop lounge, meeting spaces, and an indoor pool. Located near Kingdom Centre Tower, the hotel sits approximately 30 minutes from King Khalid International Airport.

IHG currently operates 48 hotels across Saudi Arabia. The company also has a further 62 hotels in its pipeline across the Kingdom.
