The feature highlights Kōri Ice Cream, Krimper Café, Sucre du Jour, and The Elysian Whisky Bar. The founders originated from Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Ipoh, and Petaling Jaya. Featured items include Malaysian-inspired ice cream flavours, refined hawker food, French-style pandan desserts, and a malt whisky cocktail containing Milo. The business owners cited Melbourne’s multicultural dining scene and collaborative community as key factors for establishing their operations in Victoria.
