Holiday Inn has opened a 106-room hotel in Commerce City, Colorado, featuring the brand’s new prototype lobby layout on August 27, 2026.

The property is the brand’s first new-build hotel showcasing a co-located front desk, ordering counter, and full-service bar. NibbleNook Hospitality developed the pet-friendly property near Denver International Airport.

Amenities include an indoor heated pool, fitness centre, outdoor patio with a fire pit, meeting spaces, and electric vehicle charging. The hotel also features the Mile High Landing restaurant and provides a complimentary airport shuttle service.

The company reported that its next property featuring this lobby design concept will open in Fort Worth, Texas.
