Dusit Hotels and Resorts will open the 268-room Dusit Princess Ipoh hotel in Perak, Malaysia, on October 1, 2026.

The property is owned by Bursa Malaysia-listed group Plenitude Berhad and marks Dusit’s third branded property in Malaysia.

Located near the Perak Turf Club, the hotel features five room categories, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and event space.

The event facilities include the 496.8-square-metre Kinta Ballroom, which holds up to 400 guests, alongside two smaller function spaces.

Opening rates start at RM 230 per room per night, including RM 50 in daily food and beverage credit.
