IHG Hotels and Resorts and Alphanam Group collaborated to launch The Residences at InterContinental Sapa Resort, marking the brand’s residential debut in Northwest Vietnam.

The development will sit within the 83-hectare Alphora Muong Hoa International Resort Complex located in the Muong Hoa Valley of Lao Cai Province.

Each villa is individually designed by international design consultants to meet EDGE standards for energy efficiency, water conservation, and carbon reduction.

The project extends an existing partnership between IHG and Alphanam Group that includes hotel operations under the InterContinental and Holiday Inn Resort brands.

IHG currently maintains 35 branded residential projects open or in the sales phase across 19 countries, including the recently signed Regent Ho Tram.
