InterContinental Hotels Group PLC announced a partnership with educational esports provider EStars to install gaming pods across four Holiday Inn locations in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, September 9.

The company stated that each participating hotel will host two Elite Gaming Pods featuring MSI gaming personal computers, consoles, curved monitors, and esports titles through December 2026.

Locations include Holiday Inn Riyadh Business District, Holiday Inn Riyadh Al Malaz, Holiday Inn Jeddah Corniche, and Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar.

Maher Abou Nasr, managing director for Saudi Arabia at IHG Hotels & Resorts, stated the initiative supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.

Mags Byrne, founder and chief executive officer of EStars, stated the pods will host future tournaments, educational programs, and esports events.
