PRO-NET handed over three Proton e.MAS vehicles to the Royal Malaysia Police on September 10 for operational and suitability evaluation.
The transfer occurred at the Bukit Aman police headquarters between PROTON Deputy Chief Executive Officer Abdul Rashid Musa and police Director Redzuan Abd Hamid.
The provided models include the Proton e.MAS 5 Premium, e.MAS 7 Premium, and e.MAS 7 PHEV Premium Plus.
The evaluation assesses vehicle drivability, practicality, and charging requirements under real-world operational conditions.
Gentari will supply complimentary charging for all three vehicles throughout the evaluation period.
More than 6,000 Proton e.MAS vehicles were registered in Malaysia as of Aug. 31, 2026.
