McDonald’s Malaysia says it will hold a charity football match featuring football figures and celebrities at Stadium Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur on June 12 to support RMHC Malaysia.

The company announced the event at a press conference at McDonald’s Pandu-Lalu Pantai Sentral Park on June 8. It said the match would run from 5 pm to 10 pm with free admission.

McDonald’s Malaysia said attendees would be encouraged to make voluntary donations at collection points around the stadium. It said the funds would go to RMHC Malaysia, which supports children and families through health, education and welfare programs.

The company said it would provide 10,000 free meal sets of Chicken McNuggets, Coke and Apple Pie. It also said McDonald’s SuperFans would receive exclusive access to the stadium’s VIP area.

McDonald’s Malaysia said Malaysia All Stars would include Amri Yahya, Faisal Halim, Safawi Rashid, Norshahrul Idlan Talha and Tan Cheng Hoe. It said Mekdi All Stars would include Merqeen, Alvin Chong, MK K-Clique and Tuju K-Clique.
