Casio Malaysia, on June 5, releases the MT-G MTG-B4000 line in Malaysia, introducing two models with a layered-composite band and a frame developed with AI-assisted design.

Casio Malaysia said the lineup includes the MTG-B4000B-1A priced at RM5,399 and the MTG-B4000BD-1A priced at RM6,199. It said both models feature Triple G Resist, Carbon Core Guard, Bluetooth, Multiband 6 and Tough Solar.

The company said the watches would be available online from June 10 at 11:00 and in G-SHOCK stores and authorised retailers from mid-June. It said customers could sign up for CASIO ID for notifications.

Casio said the structure used stainless steel, carbon fibre, and resin, with band connection parts integrated into the frame to reduce shock transmission to the case. It said the frame and exterior design were developed collaboratively by human designers and AI.

The company said the watches included smartphone link and radio wave reception for automatic time adjustment, along with solar charging. It said other features included 20 bar water resistance, world time, stopwatch, countdown timer, alarm, LED light and sapphire crystal.
